Yes. The default battlefield is 60 inches by 44 inches and every base is its real millimetre size, so a 32 mm base covers the same fraction of the table it would on wood. That is what makes a distance measured on screen mean the same thing at the table.

No. 40 Carrot is an unofficial fan-made tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by Games Workshop. It ships unit names and base sizes only; any stats, weapon profiles or abilities you see are ones you typed or imported from your own files, and they stay in your own storage.
