40 Carrot is a browser-based Warhammer 40K deployment planner for a true-scale 60 by 44 inch tabletop. Choose an 11th Edition mission, place models at their real base sizes, measure movement and firing lanes, and check line of sight before game day. The live boards below work without an account.
Use these three live boards if your pre-game questions are practical: where the army fits, what the distances really are, and which lanes are exposed. Each field test is the same tabletop engine used by 40 Carrot, narrowed to one job.
Stage the force
Place a sample strike force with real model counts and base sizes. Then drag a unit to test the space around terrain and objectives.
Try: place the sample, then move one unit out of the staging line.
Measure the commitment
The ruler snaps to real bases on a scaled board. Start on one model, finish on another, and read the distance without converting pixels or guessing from a screenshot.
Try: click one base, then another. The ruler is already held.
Test the firing lanes
Turn on line of sight, a threat range or an aura from the live toolbar. Move a model and the overlays follow what is on the table instead of staying painted onto an image.
Try: choose Line of Sight in the toolbar, then drag the selected model.
A deployment plan is credible only when the geometry survives contact with a physical board. 40 Carrot keeps battlefield inches, base millimetres, mission zones and placed models in the same coordinate system.
